This is a very large 2br and 2.5ba condo on a walk street in Venice. It is 100 yds to the beach and a 2min walk to a dozen restaurants on Washington Blvd.
The apartment has three levels and includes a 400 sqft roof deck with 360deg mountain and sea views.
It has a fully modernized kitchen with granite counters, a full gas range, microwave, dishwasher and a large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. The dining area is adjacent and seats six at a high oriental-style table. There is a powder room on this level.
The master bedroom has a cal-king bed and a separate dressing room with granite vanity units and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a small balcony over the street. The guest room has a queen size bed and separate bathroom.
The very spacious and comfortable living room with balcony has a pull out sofa bed for that 5th and 6th guest.
