There is a no pets policy, along with a no smoking, no subletting policy, no exceptions. Large shared backyard, with one off-street parking spot. All interested parties must complete the on-line application through the Zillow, Trulia, apps. Those completing the application, and submitting proofs of income, along with employment verification, will be shown the property, those not completing the application, will not. No prior evictions.
