  • Habib Gaye
"I just moved here about a week about & I love it’s definitely way more cheaper then what I was paying on the south end and way more cheaper then New York City "
  • Trulia User
"Sidewalks and streets Suck! Keep your kids happy & busy- safe inside. Or have a fenced backyard with a bell on the gates"
  • Trulia User
"Do interview & walk-throughs before choosing an area, you might get a horrible school. Keep your kids inside or out back "
  • Trulia User
"Everything has increased in price, along with the crime. There are few remaining locales in the South where u feel safe taking a walk or not having a security cam."
  • Trulia User
"it's great it's low traffic except for when there's a train or something but it's pet friendly and most neighbors are nice as long as you keep to yourself"
  • Shania E. .
"If you decide to live here then you might have to renovate your house and fix up your lawn, no joke. "
  • Cormiir S.
"Looks like a dead zone only a few houses an hotel an a few gas stations around in walking distance a lot of construction work goin on also plus Hollywood casino is down street"
  • Shania E. .
"No events, but it’s only special if you live in a dead end street. This is special because now your safe."
  • Lacey.lynn.tatt
"I just like the area, close to everything. My job is right down Cherry street so that’s not far at all from the house. "
  • Elenamaria314
"I grew up here, when you're from the East Side you may come, but you can never leave, lol you gotta have a green card to pass back over the bridge, East Siders don't like to leave 43605!! "
  • Douglas H.
"Ok area kids play in the area watching the area by neighbors the neighbor hood stay clean older home here and kept up city keep the area clean "
  • Tiffany S.
"look around and see its not as safe as it should or could be. There could be more police pateol or cameras around neighborhoid to be safe and make others feel comfortable. "
  • Cheryl Owens
"I've live on the East Side for 16 years and I Love it! It's like it's own little city within a city. Although I would love to live in the country..if I had a choice to which side of the city to live in it would definitely be the East Side all the way!!!!"
  • Helen Dawson
"I moved here from the Florida...It's affordable. East Toledo is fun. My kids which moved here as preteens but are now late teens refuse to live anywhere else and love it as well. There is a rental community in the area but long time owners are very common. There is very little I don't like about this semi metro area. It feels more like a small town."
  • Stephblake913
"My neighborhood is sketchy like everywhere else in the east side but it’s nice having family on our street. Convenient to downtown and all major expressways. "
  • Jb s.
"Been in this neighborhood my whole life. Neighbors are friendly, it’s a family community. Nice place to call home."
  • Adrena J. L.
"dogs are welcome. no problem with them. see them all the time. very friendly neighborhood. big or small "
  • Stephblake913
"I just don’t personally see anyone walking their dogs on a leash unless it’s running around as a stray. We don’t live in the best area so that could also be why..."
