The grand entertainment space from the living wall to dining room wall is 53 ft long of open concept space. the dining room is a separate entrance which could be a home office or storage for carriages, toys, or a massive walk in closet. . The large galley windowed kitchen has tons of cabinets and an alcove with a grandfathered washer/dryer hookup. A large eating space is adjacent to the kitchen. It was recently renovated but the space could be utilized better. The master bedroom can easily hold a king size bed, and has double exposure north and south and a nicely windowed renovated bath. The other two bedrooms are all of a good size and each would hold a queen size bed Another windowed renovated bath separates them. The walls, woodwork and doors have all been stripped down to their original finish , skim coated and painted. Nice not to have 89 years of paint constantly flaking. Electricity has been upgraded. One of the nice features Candela added is that each bedroom has a long private hall separating them from the other living spaces. Original hardwood floors, high ceilings. Quietest place in Manhattan. Safe too with lots of police patrols. Dog friendly. Be in the heart of everything and in walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Supermarkets here aren't that great though and they are expensive. "
