Lease price: $1900 + some fees (e.g., trash removal fees, etc.), coming in total to $1957 / month. Our price was locked 3 years ago, now prices are higher here. Parking spot inside the gated area. Internet is available for free. Electricity is paid separately. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher in unit, AC and heating regulated in unit. Pets friendly building. Official lease transfer, through the office, the office will be doing background check and signing the contract.
The current lease goes until November 3, 2022, but can be extended further if needed. The move in date can be flexible starting from the end of April. It is your chance to get a luxury apartment at a price that was available 3 years ago!

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
