This House is in South Stafford, zip 22405 . It is approximately 20 miles from both Quantico and the main gate @ Dahlgren (NSWC) (45 minutes), 6 minutes to Old Town Fredericksburg, VA, 10 minutes to Central Park and 95, and 6 miles / 5 minutes to the VRE. There are also numerous van pools to DC.

This is a nice-size, 3-Level, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1800 sq' Townhouse. It has been remodeled stem to stern w/ lots of NEW - new floors, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new paint, new toilets, new hvac & more. This house is Allergy free living - no carpeting!

It is located in a well maintained development which has a good mix of young and old folks. There are (2) parking spaces in front of the house and more for visitors. The house is within walking distance to a grocery store and small shopping center. The public schools are: Ferry Farm Elementary, Dixon-Smith Middle School, Stafford High School.

On the top floor there are (3) bedrooms and a full bathroom. The Master Bedroom is 11.5' x 16', the other two bedrooms are 9' x 10' and 10' x 11'.

On the main floor there is a large living room, a powder room, and a great kitchen with eat-in space plus a butler's pantry for extra storage.

The basement is finished with a large storage closet, a laundry room, and a full bath. There is a door to the small backyard which is fenced. We will be installing a small shed in the near future.

ONE pet MAY may be considered (I must meet the animal and; it must be spayed/neutered) The maximum weight for a dog is 25lbs and the breed cannot be prohibited by my insurance carrier (ie, no pit bulls, akitas, etc.)

I do not charge an application fee, so it is just silly to waste either of our time if you probably will not qualify.

I realize that there is a hefty security deposit required, but I work terms on the payment of it for credit scores over 625.
Singles must qualify individually - I will not combine the incomes of a non-married couple.

I base my decisions on the applicant(s)' dti (pre-tax debt to income,) background check, credit score, and employment history.

There is absolutely NO smoking allowed in this house.
