About this House

This is a great find! There is a spacious living room with a large bedroom, an eat in kitchen and an office (or a very small bedroom). Beautifully refinished hardwood floors throughout the apartment. The kitchen is spacious and has a pantry, a utility closet and tile flooring. There is one assigned off-street parking space, common area laundry in the basement (owner provides at no additional cost). Close proximity to Wesleyan University, Middlesex Health Care Center and downtown Middletown's great selection of restaurants and shopping. Pets are considered on a case by case basis, but no smoking is allowed. At this time, and for everyone's safety, we prefer Virtual Showings (FaceTime, Facebook, Videos, Skype, etc.) If a personal showing is scheduled, only the decision makers will be permitted access, all social distancing and safety protocols will apply and visitors will be required to provide and wear masks and gloves.
