Thank you for your interest in the Angle Street Apartments in Buffalo, NY.

We have a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment including heat, hot water and internet.

We are walking distance from the University of Buffalo, Shoshone Park, and Lasalle Metro Station. Angle Street is located on a walking/bike path, on and off-street parking available, and on-site laundry. Linear park is immediately behind our complex for easy access to walking, hiking, biking paths.

Rental criteria: 650 or better credit score, showing a good payment history and income 3x the monthly rent.

We allow cats with a $250 non-refundable pet fee and a monthly $35 fee on top of monthly rent. $50 fee for two pets.
