Parking and water are included in rent. 1 parking space per unit is available. Parking permit #A is required for street parking. Freshly painted. AC unit conveys.

Pets are allowed case-by-case. Small pets only. $30 extra a month for pet. Records and photo are required.
Willing to work with credit scores under 575 for a higher security deposit, no more than 2x monthly rent.
Parking and water are included in the rent.
Re-usable applications accepted as long as they are under 30 old. I prefer to use Rentspree.
