About this House

Conveniently located off York Rd across from Towson University. Close to Downtown Baltimore, route 695, shopping and so much more. A new Whole Foods opened a couple blocks up the road on York Rd, too. This 1 bed 1 bath 1st floor unit is quaint and cozy, yet very spacious with closets. The kitchen offers a dishwasher, range, and refrigerator. The full bath has a shower tub combo. The bedroom is large enough for a king bed or a desk area for remote work or school. Parking and water are included in rent. 1 parking space per unit is available. Parking permit #A is required for street parking. Freshly painted. AC unit conveys.

Pets are allowed case-by-case. Small pets only. $30 extra a month for pet. Records and photo are required.
Willing to work with credit scores under 575 for a higher security deposit, no more than 2x monthly rent.
Parking and water are included in the rent.
Re-usable applications accepted as long as they are under 30 old. I prefer to use Rentspree.
Tenants are responsible for their internet, BGE and changing light-bulbs.
1 year lease minimum. Short term leases will increase the monthly rent amount.

Children and parents collectively come together to wait for the bus together. The neighborhood is walkable with access to take walks during the day and in the evening without compromising safety, The local high school has a large track and field that is used by the local neighborhood individuals for walks/jogs, soccer and football.
