Some of the permitted uses include single family homes, crops, greenhouses, the raising of cattle, horses and other various animals as well as animal hospitals, dairies, dog kennels, livestock feed lots. This property is 5 miles north of the city limits of Lancaster. Electricity is approx 700 Ft south along E Ave E. Residents in the area have private wells for water, propane tanks for gas and septic systems for sewer. Edwards Air Force Base is less than a miles north of the property. The base is home to the Air Force Test Center, Test Pilot School and NASA's Armstrong Flight Research Center. Many experimental aircraft has been tested and flown at Edwards.
