Yard has propane BBQ, dining for 9 on deck plus extra seating, outdoor shower, patio with fire-pit and seating for 9. Beautiful setting, Ideal calendar for educators. All electric appliances. Central AC/heat.

Owner pays water, pest control, lawn care. Lesee pays their own electric bill (all electric house - no gas). First, last, and security equal to a month's rent. Renter must be neat and clean to avoid excess wear on furnishings.
