19901B Gustin Rd. You will drive past the white rail fencing and up the hill.
Drive up a hill, a long drive way to a two story Cape Cod house in a park like setting of 2 and a half acres (there is a total of only 3 rentals that are far apart). From the top story deck just outside the kitchen, you can enjoy your coffee in the quiet atmosphere looking down on eucalyptus, juniper berry and pepper trees.
Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant pays for propane gas and electric.
Propane is used for the gas stove/oven and water heater. Electric is for dryer, refrigerator, space heater ( thinking of putting in a Propane heater), portable a/c and of course lights. A neighboring rental uses the same electric, but there is a separate meter box on this house that shows the kilowatts used for the month.
Tenant must rent a post office box.
No smoking in house. Small dog allowed, but there is no fencing to keep the dog contained outside. Coyotes and stray dogs come around sometimes.
No weeds grow on property due to a once a year treatment, just minimal raking required to keep the land looking tidy and water a few plants by the front door.
Rental agreement is month to month. Security deposit of $1300 is due when I have decided you have been selected. Do not fall for scams coming from something questionable please. And the rent is due upon signing the rental agreement, which is Month to Month. Not a lease for one year, which means you can move anytime of the year with a 30 day notice
