2. Cats are OK and dogs are negotiable within certain number, weight (under 40) and breed. Due to insurance limitations, I am unable to consider those deemed dangerous such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or wolf-breeds.
4. I will be at the house Saturdays and Sundays and best to book a specific time.
5. Tenant pays utilities. Income must be at in the range of 3x rent. I will be running credit and background checks on all potential tenants over the age of 18 at $30 per person.
