"My drive is easy, 45 minutes north on a two lane road that is 50 mph. 50 mph is the max on island. I have no traffic lights, epic. "
  • Mlymel44

"We’ve only been here 3 months but love everything about this town! People, views, culture, great little restaurants, it’s amazing!"
  • Parrot48111
"I own a few weeks for several decades at the Pono Kai Resort, and it starts to become one big community with us owners trying to meet up if our stays cross over. We have gains some great out of state friends this way!"
  • Parrot48111
"Animals/pets are not allowed at the Pono Kai Resort. Kids are seasonal, depending when they are out of school. You may be able to walk your dog on the path along the ocean, but don’t bring it onto the property. The last thing I want to hear in paradise is a dog barking. I don’t see an issue with an indoors cat, but still not allowed, not even a parrot!"
  • Catherine P.
"Dog Park is around the corner from my house! Great park for little dogs and big dogs! Great neighborhood no doubt! "
  • Robert P.
"I love my lot. Great breezes, nice mountain view, and in close proximity to the Sleeping Giant trail head. This lot came with a nice lychee tree. We are excited to build. "
  • Kalikatsu
"After living there 6 years as an owner, I think this is a WONDERFUL place to live. It's a long-established neighborhood with great local people. The lots are generous, everyone mellow, kind, and considerate. Living there was a dream."
