The smaller second bedroom is located downstairs, along with the second bathroom. Spacious open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen area with a propane fireplace and brand new washer/dryer. Lots of cabinets and storage inside the unit.
Enjoy the peaceful beauty of living on a 10-acre working lavender farm while still being close enough to work/play in Bend, Sisters, or Redmond! Tumalo Lavender farm is approximately 2 miles from the quaint community of Tumalo and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Bend or the Redmond airport.
Pets are negotiable (additional deposit and pet rent may apply). Included in rent are the following utilities: garbage, water, electricity, propane. Renter must obtain their own internet provider/account.
Note that the owner lives in a separate house on the 10-acre property, and there may be at times a small number of employees that work on the farm Monday-Friday periodically. The unit shares walls with our business office.
