This flat has two large closets, one in the bedroom and one between the kitchen and bathroom for extra storage space. The building has a coin laundry on site and off street parking.

The lease begins August 15th, 2026, and ends July 31st, 2027. Rent is due on the 15th of each month with a five-day grace period on payments until the 21st. If the account balance on the 21st is greater than $100 a late fee of $50 is charged. Tenants have the option to renew at any time. For the utilities, tenants are responsible for electric(AEP), water/sewer, gas(Columbia Gas), and any additional services such as internet, TV, and phone. An application fee of $30 per person is collected for a credit check. Credit checks do not consider medical or student loans. We check rental history with current and previous residences.

German village is very fun and exciting area to live in, plenty of restaurants and parks to spend your time walking your dog through. "
