- Renter's Insurance: It is mandatory for residents to hold renter's insurance with a minimum Personal Liability Coverage of $300,000. Additionally, residents must also maintain coverage for at least four months of rent for loss of use or displacement coverage.

This last point has helped lead to a quick rebound of housing values from the lows of 2009 - 2012. The only downside is the commute to Orange County for my wife every day. Her job and salary level are not replaceable in the Inland Empire of Riverside County."

Freeway close to 15 and about 5 miles to 91 makes this location desireable for commuters and shopping w/ Dos Lagos 1 mile east of Eagle Glen. Well maintained neighborhood w/ very low HOA fees that are worth it which keeps real estate values from dropping."
