"Higgins st is very unsafe I live next door and someone has tried to break in twice, people are constantly in the yard who do not live there, and there are coyotes out every night making it unsafe to walk your dog. One of my roommates was attacked once by one of them while walking her dog. Highly do not recommend these apartments"

"I just moved into the Booker hill area of West Point. I love this area because of all the beautiful historic homes. We are restoring a big old house and the neighbors have been real friendly and even helpful! Another wonderful thing about the neighborhood, is that it’s a block from the river and 20 minutes to the lake! "
