    "The people are friendly/neighborly (especially Gary). It’s a really good neighborhood to raise kids in, and is in a great school district. The elementary school is in the neighborhood, so kids old enough have the option to walk or ride bikes to school, or take the bus. Just in general, it’s a safe neighborhood, and it feels like a safe neighborhood."
