About this House

BARTOW, FL 33830 | $2300/MO

Check out this amazing three bedroom, two bathroom home with an office space / den room and two car garage available starting April 1st!

Conveniently located 5 minutes from the Polk Parkway, this beautiful home is nestled in the quiet Wind Meadows neighborhood. It features two spacious guest rooms, an overly generous master bedroom with a master bath containing a beautiful double vanity, garden tub, and stand in shower.

It's a great home to entertain, as the home spotlights an open concept floor plan with a huge kitchen with tons of storage, a pantry, beautiful dining space, and comfortable living room. There's a huge backyard, perfect for family events, pets, grilling, gardening, or whatever your heart desires. Other desirable amenities to mention are the full size washer and dryer in the laundry room, the adorable front porch, and large driveway outside the garage.

Now, here are the qualifications for the home.

Income qualification must be three times the rent of the home (we will combine the income of all lease holders to meet this qualification). For proof of income, you must have one month of pay stubs to provide or three months of bank statements. We will complete employment verifications if necessary.

We are super pet friendly! However, we do require a one time pet fee of $400 (per pet) and an additional pet rent of $25 per month (per pet).

The deposit required is just one month of rent. This will be returned to you at the end of your lease term, given that there are no damages.

We do require a background check for ALL people over 18 living in the home. No prior evictions will be accepted, and a minimum credit score of 700 is preferred.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house under any circumstances. You are more than welcome to smoke on the patio, porch, or backyard.

Lease term will be for twelve months, but we would be willing to extend for longer if needed. A 60-day notice prior to the end of your lease agreement is required if you plan on moving, and a two month termination fee is required if you choose to terminate the lease early.

Application fee is $99 per person. We will not require this fee unless we decide to go through with your application. We can pre-income qualify you for the apartment as well if you would like, so that we don't waste any time for either party.

If you have any questions regarding this listing, please email me directly. I would be more than happy to answer any questions, as we are actively accepting applications at this time. Thank you very much, and we hope to be chosen as your new home!

Water, sewer and electric is going to be covered by the resident through Bartow Electric.

Lease term is for 12 months, and you can be up for renewal for another 12 months if you choose.

Pets are allowed, but require a pet fee of $400 and a monthly pet rent of $25/mo, maximum three pets allowed.

Lease termination fee is equivalent to two months worth of rent. It must be paid prior to your move out date.

Smoking is allowed, but only outside the home. No smoking inside the home is allowed under any circumstances.

Rent is due on the first of every month. There is a late fee of $125.

Upkeep of the lawn work will be the resident's responsibility. Any major maintenance issues will be addressed by owner.

You will have a two car garage, as well as your own private driveway. Street parking is allowed before 10 PM. All vehicles must be listed in the vehicle addendum in the lease agreement.

Security deposit is one month of rent. All residents over the age of 18 must be on the lease.
