"We have a lot of dog owners in the area, most are great, a lot of poop zones with bags, some don’t get leashed but that seems to happen most neighborhoods. Good place though overall."
  • Mjb
"Lived here since 2013. My kids love their friends in the neighborhood. Great community that’s stays in touch and watch out for each other."
  • Lacy
"Nice neighborhood, lots of kids at the park. The neighborhood has a serious scorpion problem, it was fighting a losing battle trying to get rid of them."
  • Brandy B.
"it's Gilbert what more can you say. family friendly neighborhood. prices are going up like crazy and it's sad that all the California people and investor are jacking up prices and rent. "
  • Marshall C.
"It's a quiet neighborhood. Their are plenty of kids around. We have a good selection of grocery stores that are in driving distance. The schools from elementary to high school are good schools. This neighborhood is very low crime rate. "
  • mjb
"I live at this address. The community is awesome. Kids are always out playing. At night you can faintly hear the sound of a train horn, nothing that wakes you up, but definitely is a relaxing sound at night. The stars shine through great, no yapping neighbor dogs. Only drawback I can see is there are a few scorpions. This is a neighborhood problem. With diligent upkeep they stay away. Overall, we love the place. Only reason we would move would be if our family got any bigger."
