Recently renovated kitchen, with new appliances.
2 minute drive from I-45. 1 minute away from Target, a pharmacy, gas station, and many restaurants.

Owners live 40 minutes away from the house and are always happy to be there for anything that needs to be fixed. We care greatly for the house our children were raised in and with great communication, we would love for another family to have similar experiences and growth in this house. Specifically, we're looking to do quick 15-minute walk throughs with you every 2-3 months to keep note of any upkeep needed.
Lease for 12 months. Smoking allowed outdoors only. Pool cleaning is included in the rent.

Love the convenience to freeways, shopping, beautiful private neighborhood park with stocked lake, jogging trails, picnic areas, pool, tennis court, bike trails, etc. all surrounded by virgin forests. We're literally 25-30 minutes from downtown Houston... a straight shot to the heart of downtown, but feels like living in a small community. We're five minutes from the new Exxon campus, 15 minutes to IAH & The Woodlands, convenient to any shop or restaurant possible, low crime, and we're in the acclaimed Klein school district. What's not to love? :) "
