About this House

Pictures in Zillow referring to kitchen and living room are old pics. Kitchen is open concept and new cabinets and floors have been added. Back fence almost done. Great neighbors. Family oriented renters only. I would like to rent to a family who has a handy man at home in case something needs emergency fixed can fix it (water leak as example). He can be a doctor or lawyer whatever, but handy in an emergency.

Great and quiet place. Did I mention I built a media wall for your husband's TV. Has a built in electric fireplace in media wall. If you want the real one I also have a fireplace in the back yard in the fance I mentioned. Almost Best house in area.

Renter pays for water, gas and electric. Last month rent due at signing. No smoking. Small dogs allowed. Security deposit.
