"Cars drive through the neighborhood fast and loud music. I wouldn’t trust my kids playing outside by themselves. Neighbors let their dog bark late night until early morning. No respect. Have been here for 3 years. My immediate neighbors say hi when we see each other so that’s nice. "
  • 6mfpqm7vjr
"There is a senior citizen apartment complex where we watch out for each other. Apartments are indoors and mailboxes are too. Doors to the complex locks at 6pm for security of residents. Local bus pulls up to the glass doors every 15-20 minutes for rides to local businesses and will bring you back home safely."
  • Mariaarice1977
"When they have Coolidge Days. Good food, rides and the community coming together to have a good time. "
  • Jackwang10
"Nice place to live. Housing is cheap. Some dog owner do not pick up after the dog. There are park "
  • Jessica E.
"People all walking dogs all the time. A lot of us have dogs. I guess the negative side is that there is some barking but it's not too bad in my neighborhood. "
  • Randi M. V.
"it's mostly a nice quiet community. a lot of people are really good about looking out for each other. "
  • Alyssa C.
"Nothing really, same as any small town. It is crowded at some time housing is a little expensive there is no parking at some points. But other than that a small beautiful town that has potential. "
  • Randi M. V.
"It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly. its a hidden neighborhood. there are many mature trees and large lots."
  • Dejacques R. C.
"Community Driven! This place had potential and the capability. The community is getting better every year. The property manager is amazing! She takes care of all my needs. "
  • Ernest V.
"My neighborhood is fine and quite and comfortable. We have green grass in the front yard I don't have an HOA and don't want an HOA . "
  • Leia M.
"My commute for work is in another town, therefore does not apply. It is just five minutes or so to local grocery stores and gas stations. "
  • Michaelse
"There are a lot of empty lots - this neighborhood is a casualty of the 2008 crash. HOA does not appear to take care of the sidewalks or public areas."
  • Jncroes
"it is a good starting neighborhood but it has gathered not the best crowd recently. I do plan to move soon "
  • Shainajohns9
"it's a good place to live I grew up here mostly everyone is related some how. but I wouldn't plan on living here for the rest of my life I would like to eventually move to the valley "
