Room Description

Newly renovated basement for rent in Green Valley Ranch- has a room with a closet, shower bathroom, small but cozy kitchen and living area. Also has a new private washer and dryer. Does NOT have a private entrance. Next DIA, Gateway RTD station, Walmart, and many eating places.

No smoking inside. Looking for a single person who is quiet, respectful, and clean. Will consider two people, but rent will increase to $1500. Could work on lease duration, but would prefer a year contract.

The water line is in the basement so will have to enter during summer and winter. Of course with your awareness and a notice.
