This house is situated in the Vollentine-Evergeen neighborhood just around the corner from Rhodes College. There is a very active neighborhood association (VECA) which is involved in maintaining a 2 mile greenway, community re-development, zoning controls, block clubs, and more. It has an office in the neighborhood and publishes a newspaper regularly. The neighborhood features many amenities such as Overton Park, the Zoo, Dino's Grill, University Park Cleaners, and several churches and schools within easy walking distance. People enjoy walking and biking in the neighborhood.

Also, no one picks up after their pet here and the management doesn't have any waste stations despite charging a lot to have pets here."
