No carpet, freshly painted, fenced in yard, 2 huge porches and carport. Waiting on laundry room flooring to come in (est. 2/13/26) and will be installed before move-in. -Credit and background check will cost $39.95 per adult and will be sent through a link after paper application has been processed and approved to move forward. -Total income of applicants must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rents.     "it seems everyone hear has dogs. A lot of neighborhoods don't have side walks. Their is every type of business, restaurant and entertainment you would find in a major city. We are 35 to 40 minutes from New Orleans without having. to deal with the crime in New Orleans. We are 7 miles from the Mississippi border. The Mississippi Gulf coast is about 25 to 30 minutes away. There is entertainment to fit any budget from a variety of Hotels and Casino's to prestin beaches. "
