Move-in ready 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome. The complex is located near MacAllister Park, close to the airport and minutes away from shopping. The unit has a washer/dryer connection, as well as all major appliances. There is a quiant covered patio off the kitchen. The unit has tile flooring throughout , except the upstairs bedrooms which are fitted with wood plank flooring.There are three swimming pools at the complex. The community has a basketball court and event center which can be rented for parties. Small pet will be considered with approval of the owner , if ok'd there is non refundable $300. Tenant is responsible for all utlitie cost (saws and cps) . There is off street parking or two assigned parking spot behind the unit
 There is an alarm system that would need to activated with ADP. The neighnorhood is quiet. HOA takes care of the grounds and lawn maintance.

Application fee for background and credit check $40

Security deposit due at lease signing and first month rent due before move-in..

Tenant pays all utlities. No smoking inside residence. Small pets allowed with owners authorization and an additional non refundable pet deposit is required along with proof of rabies shot and flea prevention. There is parking street side ,as well as two assigned space in back of complex. There will be an application fee and background check for all applicants. HOA take care of lawn maintance and the HOA rules must be followed by tenant.

The neighborhood is lacking grocery stores, restaurants, bars, or any kind of social evening nightlife really. The streets are relatively well kept in the sidewalks are as well. I feel very safe, but it’s nott necessarily a neighborhood where I would go out walking after 9 PM. Neighbors are friendly if you are proactive in speaking with them. It is about the least outgoing, bunch of neighbors I’ve ever had in terms of reaching out."
