"Bonifacio is a very busy street. There are three very large annoying speed bumps right by the house There’s a dog park that you can walk to so there’s a lot of traffic from that it as well. It is a main thoroughfare through Concord. There are too many cars parking in that street. Parking is hard to find. "
  • Eagledragonfly88
"I work 3-1130 pm, so my commute is not typical. Heavy on Friday’s . Smooth all other days. Thirty three minutes to work. "
  • Sfobroy
"The school district is above average compared to surrounding areas. Plenty of parks and recreational areas to take children. The farmers market in Downtown Concord is extremely family friendly. "
  • Trulia User
"Very dog friendly neighborhood. Lots of doggy play dates at the local dog park. Lots of dog walks in the neighborhood. "
  • Trulia User
"It’s right across the street from the North Concord BART station which makes getting almost anywhere in the Bay Area easier. "
  • Trulia User
"There are many other dog owners in the neighborhood. So lots of potential doggie friends. There a dog park nearby. "
  • Dyspraxicartist
"There are some things for kids to do not a lot and the bus system is not great but the bus is air condition. You are car relianteverything is spread out "
  • Tjbutler22
"Great place to live great place to be. Great place for children, teens and new adults. Great place for dogs as well "
  • Anthony W.
"Was a nice area but it’s slowly going back to being an average area. With cops down the street nightly."
  • Anthony W.
"North Concord is safe if your like me and ignore drama and turn a blind eye to a lot of crime going on, as long as it doesn’t affect me right? That’s how Concord is. "
  • Karen
"My neighbors are people who have lived here for many years and work hard to improve their homes. People are friendly and everyone has pets."
  • Syndia G.
"Nothing everything is okay here it’s calm. Nothing is wrong. It’s a quiet place to grow up schools are close by"
  • Christy P.
"I’ve lived here 7 years and our neighbors watch out for each other. There are lots of renters and very few homeowners. The HOA is power hungry and run by the same ridiculous people every year. "
  • Mattzola
"Downtown concord is very family friendly with free summer concerts in the park, farmers markets, and food trucks certain nights of the week. "
  • Regina D.
"I work from home, so I can’t really speak to what the commute is like from where I live. I imagine getting from Concord to San Fran or Oakland for work would be a nightmare. Rush hour traffic going to and from the city is miserable. If I do travel, I plan to travel around rush hour traffic. It’s tough going through Walnut Creek as well. "
  • Williams A.
"Quite for Concord. Nice area for Concord. On the top of a hill. It had a school, park and daycare nearby. Also bart is around the corner."
  • Turnbloom55
"people are nice and socialable. schools are nearby. crime-free neighborhood. very nice place to live and rent. a dog-friendly environment."
  • Susi F.
"It's established area with cute and well maintained homes, local traffic only and close to everything (5 minutes for most amenities). Quiet. Safe. Comfortable."
  • Natalie J.
"All of my neighbors I can see from my front porch have lived in their houses for over 20 years. We have a very old, settle feel in our neighborhood. A place where people look out for one another. You always see the same people walking their dogs or kids riding their bikes."
