Homes in this area do not frequently come up for sale, most who move here rarely move unless change of job and relocation, or downsizing after the children are grown and gone. Circle J Ranch Estates are a gem in the City of Santa Clarita."

However especially with smaller dogs they cannot be left outside unattended , even in fenced yards because at least twice a year in our neighborhood a dog or cat is killed by Coyotes.
