"There’s always someone walking their dogs. Very close to laundry and grocery store. Close to the entrance for the dequinder cut that can take you to the market or down to the river front. 5-10 minute walk to downtown. "

Minutes on foot or bicycle to downtown Detroit or Eastern Market (farmer's market of fame). Very close to River Walk and the Dequinder Cut (for bicycling or walking)"
