In the back yard there is a tranquil Koi Pond (if you choose to use it), an empty plot of fertilized soil for a small garden, a young pomelo tree, and a fig tree.
ADT security devices are newly installed but inactive, if you would like to set up an account to protect your family and belongings. This charming home is located in a great neighborhood, close to parks, schools, and a short walk to the community mailbox.

Renter Responsibilities: The renter is responsible for all utilities including but not limited to water, electricity, gas, and internet. The renter must set up utilities in their name to commence on the first day of the lease term.

Rent Amount and Payment: The monthly rent will be $1950. Rent is due on the first day of each month.

Income Requirement: The renter must have a verified source of income. Their income should be sufficient to cover the typical standard of living expenses in Houston and the monthly rent. We require proof of income as part of the application process.

Credit Score: The renter's credit score must be above 625. This will be verified during the application process.

Criminal Background: Applicants with a criminal history will not be considered for this lease. A background check will be performed for each applicant.

Rental History: The renter must have a good rental history. Any issues in previous rental history may result in denial of the lease.
