There are at least 30 restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 sets of NEW washer and dryers in the basement. Two hot water heaters generate plenty of hot water for a household of people. There are 2 outside parking spaces but parking on this street is really easy. Up to 2 dogs and 2 cats allowed.
