Renter pays percentage of water, gas and electricity bill each month, Wi-Fi is a fixed rate. Pets are allowed (2 max) for an extra fee of $50 a month. No smoking allowed.
Lease is for 1 year with option to renew.
$4,000 security deposit required ($1000 is non refundable)
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and considered late after the 3rd. Fees then apply.
