Schatzi's Bier Garden is right on the block this is a great place to go for a bite or drink. The ambiance is cozy, but well lit and spacious in the back garden. Our location for these beautiful one bedrooms are in a quiet and well lighted area in the Heart of Poughkeepsie.

Its convenient location is near the Metro- North Railroad, Route 9, 44/55, local colleges, hospitals, and multiple business. There is off street parking and some of our buildings provide parking spaces. Our buildings are equipped with 24 hour monitored security cameras. Tenants are not responsible to pay a brokers fee. This proudly owned by Carassone Property Management a family business.

    " I’ve lived here for 10 years and it has been a very safe and enjoyable neighborhood to live in. The schools are very good both public and parochial. There is great access to shopping, groceries and restaurants. There are lots of parks, museums and rail trails in the area. The city also has the walkway over the Hudson which is a great attraction. Access to NYVc is easy and 1:30 minutes on the train with a ride along the Hudson River. Overall the area is safe. The four seasons give a great opportunity to enjoy the holidays. "
