"Not a lot of these happening. So we don’t go to any. It would be nice to have them. Since we have two kids we’d love to take them to community events."

"There's a park in front of these townhomes and also a dog path. This is a safe and clean neighborhood that is great for families. There's a Nature Preserve at the end of our street that has the Oleta river in it which is great for kayaking, and nature walks. our street has a bike path as well. It's a great place to live. "

"The neighborhood isn’t nice at all. The buildings look like they’re full of renters. The buildings aren’t maintained nicely at all. I don’t think the area is safe either. I would not recommend this area at all. "
