"I love my neighborhood, I live a cul de sac and I feel confident in having my kids out playing. I love my view of the mountains. I can see my children raising their kids in Rancho San Diego. "
  • Ranjith B.
"Nice neighborhood best hospitals are close by but pretty expensive. Downtown El Cajon is not that great lot of crimes happen."
  • Shelleylentz
"I love living in the circle. We have a great neighborhood. People walk their dogs here a lot and its very quiet."
  • Ling
"We live in a beautiful part of Rancho San Diego, some very nice people with a good handful of good hearted folks too. Safe and friendly for children with great schools. Many worried however if Cottonwood golf course becomes a walk way and new homes come in. It will definitely disturb this environment in many ways."
  • Ovidio H.
"it's very dog friendly, you see people walking their dogs all the time. most businesses nearby are doing friendly too"
  • Alexxasmama
"there isn't a dog park nearby you would have to drive to one, apartments too small no yard for a dog "
  • Laura A.
"I feel safe in my neighbourhood. It’s quiet & peaceful. There is a park close by, eateries & shopping. "
  • Cathy D. a.
"Very beautiful home. Rather secluded in very nice Rancho San Diego neighborhood. In the hills and surrounded by canyons. Beautiful succulent low water impact yard"
  • dbreslin
"This is an older, quiet neighborhood in the hills east of El Cajon and just up the hill from the Dehesa Valley. Singing Trails is a ļæ½ mile long culdesac so traffic is light. It is a safe neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch. Road is paved and on a county maintenance plan. Good grade, middle and high schools nearby. One of the best churches in the county 3 miles away (Shadow Mountain Community Church). Many neighbors have avocados or orange trees. Natural gas line available. Fire department less than a mile away. Good views from hilltop homes. Most lots are 1 acre + with trees providing privacy."
  • Kelly T.
"Beautiful community that has a lot of parks, schools, restaurants in a great school district and safe area. Perfect for homebuyers looking to downsize, or for a first time home buyer looking to start their new journey in a great community. "
  • Mls4deals
"We have lived here since 1995 and love it! We found it by accident just driving around...followed a car into the beautiful hidden hilltop gated community and drove in and found it just beautiful and maintained like disneyland!! We love the same floorplan as this one offering lots of feATURES WE COULDNT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE. Large lots, privacy, built in trails and park areas...all in a very nice hidden hilltop paradise offering both privach, security and comraderie if desired. We want to downsize but want to say in Fuerte Estates for life an love its proximity to shopping, schools, and the freeway in all directions. Do not miss your chance to experience this one of a kind of neighborhood at a fraction of the price you will pay elsewhere for much less! Sincerely MLS Homeowner"
  • Mls4deals
"Love this gated community and its close to all including freeway access, high on a hill and maintained by the owners association like disneyland! Lots up to 1/2 acre with views nd high end features and amenities. Every one who visits and sees these homes wants one but homes move quickly IF offered for sale. See for yourself and enjoy :)"
