Please note that the partially finished basement area has no windows and therefore cannot be used as a bedroom.

1 full bathroom and a half bath in the master.

Hardwood floors in living room and hallway. Ceramic tile in kitchen. 2 smaller bedrooms have vinyl flooring and carpet in the master.

Large french door refrigerator with two ice makers, dishwasher and washer dryer hookups in the basement included.

Basement is partially finished with a bonus room and storage area. Bonus room space does not have a window so it cannot be used as a bedroom, no exceptions (last two pictures show basement area).

1 car garage with second extra long driveway and fenced in level backyard.

Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.

Home could be ready for move in as early as May 15th.

Renter is responsible for: water/sewer/trash through the city, electric through Ameren, gas through Laclede and yard maintenance.

You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
