"multiple parks within walking distance, incluxing Ashley Nicole Dream Park across from Caswell Park. Near the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, and YMCA, as well as Downtown, for easy activity options. Easy interstate access for trips further afield. A wide variety of ages and families in this diverse neighborhood."
