"I lived in this house for 3 yrs and i like that it is quiet and great area, great memories. My house is with solar and so we pay cheap electric. Great school for kids and close to Beale Airbase. Neighbors are friendly. "
  • JP
"We lived here 2019-2022 and it was all great memories. I liked how I decorated my house because its open and wide and the chandelier is very luxurious looking. The neighbors are owesome they are friendly and it is a really great area to live. School is great for kids and close to Beale Airbase."
  • Fernando

  • Kpelers
"Private vehicle 95%, major grocery store located at least 3 miles as well as drug store. Walking distance to dollar store and couple of quick food establishments. "
  • Kp’s
"Few neighbors have cats that roam the neighborhood and leave their feces in the yard, garden. Wished they would herd to the leash law or house their cat from roaming. Very unhealthy and not to mention the stench it leaves. 😠"
  • Ruby D.
"The Via Maria Park is secluded and decent. My parents live here. Other then that, Olivehurts is unfortunately a sad and desolate place to live. "
  • Pamela_herald
"30 minutes. hard to get over the bridge to yuba city. people drive erratic and get mad so easy. all of the road work makes it worse. it's bad overall "
  • Charles L.
"there are gun shots that ring out and non stop fire works all year round but the upside the schools are decent but the real winner of the area is the weather that's about it"
  • Nykyrious
"It’s an ok neighborhood. Lots of traffic in the area, neighbors keep to themselves. Don’t trust anyone when packages are delivered."
  • Anonymous
"Nothing. Dog owners don't generally control their pets. They let them run free and poop in the neighbor's yard."
  • Stanleystephanie52@gmail.com
"my neighbor hood has great access to transportation downtown schools great access ever were neighbors r great and quite."
  • Jim

"Great and safe and affordable neighborhood. People are friendly and although there are rentals here most people take care of their homes and yards. "
  • Marcyshannon
"Nothing it is horrible and I want to leave and never look back. The children are unsupervised and awful. Everyone is crazy or dirty. just no"
  • Marcyshannon
"I dispise it here. never ever live here if you don't have to. I am leaving as soon as I can afford to live somewhere else. There is nothing for kids to do and you have to drive to far to get them somewhere. I even homeschool because the schools are horrible! "
  • Graphics9358
"Very Quit beautiful night sky's awesome sunsets."
  • Jeff J.
"One of the best place's to live, the community is always getting together to do fun thing's. Tons of park's with family friendly entertainment. "
  • Frank D. J.
