"There is no public transportation in this neighborhood aside from rideshare services provided by Edwards Air Force base, which is limited to certain programs. The neighborhood however is a great and safe place to live and has a very involved and nice police force. Alot of military, law enforcement and clearanced residents through lockheed martin, boing, and more."
  • Justin A.
"rosamond sucks dont move here its trashy, there are like onky a few nice areas one being west park and sone other suburbs but beyond that its trashy and garbage."
  • Andrew
"The commute to shopping is the worst, ugly desert kills most plants easily. There are huge problems with methheads in the area."
  • Tinys W. O. W.
"Dogs get out a lot and roam the streets. So always got to be careful when walking your dogs. A lot of people do own dogs so you hear a lot of barking all around you. "
  • looking to move out of state
"Long. At least 20 minutes. The drivers are usually coming from the base, and base traffic is insane. If you like to speed or be tailgated and you don’t mind driving at least 20 minutes to get to the nearest big city, then this is the place for you. "
  • Unspecified
"Obviously like all small city's some places are better than others but I like my street, calm and quite... BBQ is in the air during summer holidays are always fun around here."
  • Sarah B.
"I see loose dogs out of their yards all of the time here and otherwise it is a pet friendly place including the parks. "
  • Rthulst
"community parks and lots of area to run or walk with your dogs. No stray animals or wicked people out here. "
  • Monika O.
"Quiet, good for families. Need car for commutes. Only one grocery store, no targets, have to commute to Lancaster for almost everything."
  • Natasha G.
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 11 years. Neighbors are friendly and not a lot of activity. Not a lot of kids running around. Great place to live. "
  • Tflores0810
"I've been living here for 5 years everyone is friendly and everyone keeps to them selves. fairly quite area with little traffic."
