"I want to live here on Bremer St soo bad! Generations of my family have grown up in Cadillac and even if we move we always end up back here! I love Cadillac and want to raise my own family there. I hope in a couple of months I can get my dream house on Bremer St where my mom and Aunt and Grandma use to live across the st. My Aunt was best friends with the people that own the house we want and I want to hear the stories my Aunt has of that house when/if we can move it (:. Cadillac is great for it's festivities and the 4th of July Fireworks are always great when viewed above the lake. The walking trail around the lake is amazing so soo relaxing in the summer and the docks are great for fishing! The main strip has so many amazing shopping stores and places to check out, it's an adventure waiting to happen, seriously! And if you want to go out for the night there are plenty of places to have a great time ^_^."

"We moved here a couple years ago, and we have really enjoyed it. It's Northern Michigan at it's finest. Beautiful scenery and lakes. It's definitely country, but it also has a nice downtown. Baker College is here in town and Ferris State is only 40 minutes south in Big Rapids. Traverse City is only 45 minutes north. It's not the most happening place for singles, but for a safe, relaxed environment for families, you can't beat it!"
  • Brenda S. S.
"This location is IDEAL for this business. We visited it numerous times and they were never empty of customers. The Cadillac West Side is being revamped with modern points of interest. It is conveniently located at a center point of two main traveling roads (M115 and M55). Tourism is a major influence in this area and us locals know that this intersection is always full of traffic from Friday to Monday weekly with people either going north or heading home from a weekend of fun. The businesses in this area are all investing improvements to their establishments and I have seen tremendous growth and renewed vigor for shining the West Side in a positive manner. This particular ice cream shops is near: The local golf course is less than 1-2 miles down M55, the water park is just around the corner, several hotels are within walking distance, bait and tackle shops nearby, numerous gas stations, two lakes are within walking distance (Lake Cadillac and Lake Mitchell) with a state camping park on the canal that connects these two lakes that is ALWAYS FULL during camping seasons. The local bowling/pizza place nearby remodeled and enhanced their establishment that also has softball leagues in the back area all summer. As well a new renovation has taken place with a community Event Center being constructed just a stones throw away as well! It is worth the effort to investigate this listing further. (I do not know the owners, I am not paid to promote it and I do not know the realtor company or their employees). I'm a local citizen who desires to continue seeing my town thrive as it has for the last 6 years with the noticed improvements. "
