I am renting the second bedroom (with your own bathroom) in my gorgeous apartment full of light, in a luxury apartment building that is centrally located in Boulder, CO (Two Nine North building). Available April 1st.

The apartment is the largest and best, corner unit in the building. The apartment is brand new, with a HUGE beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, 10 foot ceilings (I'll never live without them again!), an open floor plan full of light, and a dish washer and washer/dryer in the unit. The building has a gym, salt water pool and hot tub open all year, tons of outdoor space for BBQ and a rooftop deck with a fireplace overlooking the mountains.

Your room is a great size, with your own large bathroom and HUGE walk-in closet. The apartment is furnished with my high-end furniture in the dinning room and living room. Seriously, if you're looking for a clean, beautiful, convenient, spacious home, this place is amazing.

The rent is $1200/month, plus $100/month for all utilities and internet. You will have to co-sign on my lease (building rules). You can purchase extra storage space and/or garage parking with the building directly.

I am a 33 year old female, with a small business that I run from home. I am quiet, grounded, super emotionally mature, financially stable, naturally happy & warm, and oriented towards spirituality based in kindness and self-responsibility. I am both serious and studious in my business, and enjoy having conscious fun and freedom in my personal life. I am looking for another female roommate - who is empowered personally and professionally - that together, we can empower each other to grow and create the life we really want. Financial responsibility and emotional maturity are an absolute must.

    "I have lived in North Boulder for 30 years- Wonderland Hills and Dakota Ridge, it has always felt safe here. My children attended Boulder Public Schools, I give the schools an A+! We live a convenient short distance to restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and shopping, ...friends hang out at our house and tell me I’m a great baker of Chocolate Chip Cookies! I love to send them home with cookies or fresh dough to bake cookies with their own families! You should bring your kids to our house on Halloween, what a treat! I walk to Pearl Street by way of Foothills Trail, through beautiful neighborhoods apple orchards, Mt. Sanitas and am fascinated by the rock formations. I bicycle many days a week and many miles, such a perfect location to start from and end up! It’s a family and friends tradition to do the Bolder Boulder on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend, so fun! I have been taking it easy for a while due to some physical injuries, but continue to build up my strength and stamina walking my dog, climbing and hiking - I get a great workout! Here’s a tidbit! Keep your dog on leash and clean u"
