Open bankruptcies, unpaid evictions or rental judgements will not be accepted. Recent felonies (last 5 years) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Fridge, washer & dyer are a courtesy, owner does not maintain.
Tenant to pay 2% monthly administrative fee, $199 admin move in fee, 2% City of Mesa rental tax and a $25 monthly concierge fee (price per air filter). $100 of security deposit is a non-refundable move-out inspection fee. Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
