As for appliances, you get a washer and gas dryer, standard refrigerator, dishwasher, and a microwave. There are recessed lighting in most rooms. In our opinion, the most beautiful room of all is the fireplace room with a white painted brick and open area for kitchen, dining, and living space.
Landlords Who Care - This is our one and only rental and with as much love as we put into the home, we want to continue that effort while you live here. If something is broken, you wouldn't want to wait months for it to get fixed. We are located in Tempe and will be available.
Note: Home has been painted white since photos were taken. Out of respect for current tenants, photos will not be re-taken until their vacate date. Home does not come furnished.

Lease Terms:
Rent: $2,500/month @ 12 month lease.
Utilities: Renter is responsible for all utilities.
Pets: $150 non-refundable fee per pet. $25/month for cat or small dog. $35/month for large dogs. Other animals by request only.
Payment: Refundable $2,500 security deposit and $2,500 1st month rent due at signing.
Lawn Care: Renter is responsible for yard maintenance.
Additional terms and conditions: No smoking allowed. One year lease with right to renew a second year. Home is rented in the condition at the time of viewing. Renter is responsible for Ring Protection Systems that allow you to fully utilize the Ring Video Doorbell and/or Ring Floodlight Camera. A background check will be required upon applications. Applications will need to be submitted to landlord. Home is available on or after June 1, 2026.
