    "I love living here! Nice, respectful people of all kinds, well kept homes, and generally a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Huge value increase in our home over three years. There's a fair amount of crime in nearby Green Valley Ranch but we have never had any issues. Really close to the city, but also our neighbors have goats! I guess that's Colorado for you!"
