Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, laundry, and a large fenced backyard. The home is pet friendly and located in a welcoming neighborhood with standout amenities including a lazy river, lap pool, walking trails, and dog park. Convenient access to I 35, with Downtown Austin and Austin Airport about 30 minutes away.

You would be sharing the home with one clean, kind, easygoing 35 y/o female roommate and her small friendly dog, who mostly keeps to himself. Looking for a clean, respectful female renter or female couple who would be a good fit for this peaceful shared home.

Lease duration is flexible for a short term summer stay, approximately June 26 through August 11, with potential flexibility on exact dates.

Monthly rent includes utilities (electricity, water, trash, and internet). Security deposit is required and is refundable pending condition of the room at move-out.

This is a non-smoking home.

Pet friendly home with a fenced yard. There is already a small, friendly Maltese mix in the home. Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and approved in advance.

Renter is responsible for keeping their private space clean and maintaining general tidiness in shared areas. Light shared housekeeping and respectful use of common spaces is expected. No additional maintenance responsibilities required beyond normal care of personal and shared areas.
