Owner prefers no pets but is willing to consider 1 dog with monthly pet rent of $35 (restrictions apply). The resident is responsible for all utilities. A one-year lease and renters' insurance are required. Smoking is not allowed in the home.

Requirements: 1) A completed application is required from each adult (18 years and older) who intends to reside at the property. The application fee is $45 per application. 2) Combined household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. 3) Credit must currently be satisfactory. No evictions or recent bankruptcies. 4) Must provide 2 years of recent, consecutive verifiable rental history or homeownership. Rental history references must be satisfactory. 5) All applications must be submitted with a $250 holding deposit. 6) Incomplete applications will not be processed.
