Tenant arranges and pays Telecom and their own Router on their own account - building their own credit or subject to lease. Tenant pays for snow removal if any and all cellular use or Internet/Telecom. Recommend family insurance extended for tenant insurance policy or equivalent used by prior tenants in past 25 years. House is smoke free, and screens are city inspected to have & must be kept on all windows. Garage is better for storage and does have electrical outlet. Garage door is manual.
