Large house wide front porch - the back deck is used for sunning - Washer/Drier in basement provided with LG W/D. Three sky lights on second floor and multiple dormers uniquely improve use of floor 2. Second floor large ceiling House Fan and attic fan used as needed given coolness from whole house fan & brick structure. Two refrigerators and stove are provided. One 2020 & one 2024 Refrigerator.
