Section 8 Housing is NOT accepted. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 full bathrooms upstairs, half bath on main floor. Large kitchen and dining area! Large master bedroom with walk in closet with custom built-ins. Although some of the pictures don't show it, we have repainted the interior a light grey (see new pics), put in new wood laminate floors (November 2016), replaced the kitchen appliances (June 2016) and improved the house since the pictures were taken 2 years ago. Will update with pictures as soon as possible. Large fenced yard with swing set. 1 Dog okay depending on the personality, behavior, and training of the dog. We don't really like tiny lap dogs as they tend to have more accidents in the house. Pet deposit will be required. No cats or other pets allowed. No Smoking or drugs. Close to library, golf course, grocery stores, RTD light rail and airport. Beer garden is a 5 minute walk from the house. Quiet neighborhood. Credit check required, as well as personal, professional, and previous housing references. Special pricing may be available for active duty military.

Owner pays all utitlites, and incidental fixes under $100.
